We looking for an experienced, confident and customer-friendly **Female Guest Relations Officer (GRO) / Order Taker**.

The selected candidate will welcome customers, take accurate orders and help provide a pleasant dining and customer-service experience. She must be polite, presentable and comfortable communicating with customers in person and over the telephone.

### Key Responsibilities.

• Welcome customers politely and assist them with menu selection.
• Take accurate dine-in, takeaway, telephone and delivery orders.
• Knowledege of POS system is a plus.
• Confirm customer instructions, order modifications and delivery details.
• Explain menu items, deals and available options clearly.
• Coordinate orders with the kitchen, counter and delivery team.
• Monitor order accuracy and help ensure timely service.
• Handle customer questions and complaints calmly and professionally.
• Inform management about unresolved customer concerns.
• Encourage appropriate upselling without pressuring customers.
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional front-counter area.
• Collect customer feedback and help improve the guest experience.

Candidate Requirements.

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum educational qualification: Matriculation.
• Previous restaurant order-taking, front-counter or customer-service experience is required.
• Must have good communication and listening skills.
• Must be confident, presentable, polite and customer-friendly.
• Must be punctual, responsible and able to work as part of a team.
• Must be able to work efficiently during busy restaurant hours.

• Female university students seeking part-time employment will be preferred.

• Preference will be given to candidates living near Wapda Town or surrounding areas.
